InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
You can also try Ferdi (hard fork of Franz with all features enabled always without payment) as an alternative to a paid Franz account.
Nevertheless, Ferdi is effectively a web browser, so it's still a good idea to run it in a sandbox (but make sure any external sandbox doesn't interfere with Chromium's internal sandbox), like Flatpak, firejail (full disclosure: I've also made some commits to firejail), or bubblewrap (out of these, bubblewrap is probably the technically most superior on recent Linux kernels, but somewhat difficult to use).
