Opinionated frameworks usually come with a lot of boilerplate. It makes sense since that's a way of imposing their logic on you. I second Adonis.js suggested by u/pixels0 and would also recommend Hapi.

Laravel doesn't ask you to configure every little thing yourself. Node frameworks go to a level, where they even ask you to configure a custom query string parser. https://github.com/fastify/fastify/issues/2841
