I don't really recommend those places as good courses in programming. They're more intended as places to practice things you're learning elsewhere (and then only in the format of coding interview questions). It depends on the type of development you're interested in doing. There are good courses on Udemy for all kinds of programming and pretty much every language. If you want to do web development I recommend starting with The Odin Project as the site has a strong focus on getting you actually building things. And that's the key point imo: start a tutorial to get the basics under your belt and then start creating projects that interest you - that's the best way to learn how to code and nothing else will ever come close. The more you create the better you'll get, and learn to google things when you get stuck.
