You will need a wallet like Yoroi (https://yoroi-wallet.com/), move your coins there and stake. Using a hardware wallet with Yoroi is highly recommended for extra security.
Next I would use links off of official https://cardano.org site and at top you can find wallets links for individual. At this point I would say Daedalus is preferable since it is a full node, but should be run on system with enough memory and disk space.
