This is incorrect information as of last Friday. The previous all core dev call settled on delaying the bomb to June 2022 with a hard fork named "Arrow Glacier" that contains only EIP-4345. If they add other EIPs to the fork they will have to be minor ones, but overall Arrow Glacier definitely won't be as hyped as London was (for obvious reasons)
