    Vulkan back-end for Gorgonia (early development) (by gorgonia)

    Unfortunately Gorgonia (and thus Goro) only supports CPU and CUDA, but there is a Vulkan branch in development. Seems it won't support OpenCL but if Vulkan works then that's probably OK.
