    • Yeah, just try adding the FakePCIID Kext's first. The EC rename is something that happens in the config.plist file, which is why I was recommending OCAuxiliaryTools (It works fine in windows, https://github.com/ic005k/QtOpenCoreConfig/releases/tag/20211018) You may likely not need rename, most EC's these days seem to be H_EC or similar so you should be fine. Also, I believe VirtualSMC takes care of some of those automatic renames for you.
