Another alternative is to try the obs portable version. Download the windows zip file from here: https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases/tag/27.1.3 and unzip it somewhere, anywhere, and within that folder there should be bin , data, and obs-plugins , create an empty text file called "portable_mode.txt". This will let you try a clean, fresh, portable install separate from your normal install. You will NOT see your existing scenes / profiles in this version, it stores the data in the same directory it's unzipped to. Once done, just delete the entire folder.
Give installing streamfx and using the FFMPEG encoder. Use this guide. The TRX 2080 uses Turing architecture. My stream quality is much better and I don't peak over 20%. It doesn't hurt to try.
