    I looked into the issue addressing the Discord TOS and the HN post by a Discord staff member, and it seems like there's no difference between this and any other custom client in regards to how likely you are to get banned. You're either at the behest of Discord banning you for using a custom client (which the staff member confirms they will 100% do if they detect it, and if you appeal and get unbanned that you should "not do it again") or the authors of this for writing code that may or may not be completely undetectable. If they did write code that was perfectly undetectable, then spambots could just use that code, which clearly Discord does not intend to entertain. You're not getting reliably "Discord compatible" anything as long as Discord can't figure out good solutions to their problems.
