  • GitHub repo semantic-ui-react

    The official Semantic-UI-React integration

To use things such as: https://react.semantic-ui.com/, https://react-bootstrap.github.io/, or just https://getbootstrap.com/, or https://bulma.io/ and whatever react components implementation you can find, is perfectly fine. Eventually you will have to learn to make your own components, or build abstractions on top of yet another library.

  • GitHub repo react-bootstrap

    Bootstrap components built with React

To use things such as: https://react.semantic-ui.com/, https://react-bootstrap.github.io/, or just https://getbootstrap.com/, or https://bulma.io/ and whatever react components implementation you can find, is perfectly fine. Eventually you will have to learn to make your own components, or build abstractions on top of yet another library.

  • OPS

OPS - Build and Run Open Source Unikernels. Quickly and easily build and deploy open source unikernels in tens of seconds. Deploy in any language to any cloud.

  • GitHub repo Bootstrap

The most popular HTML, CSS, and JavaScript framework for developing responsive, mobile first projects on the web.

  • GitHub repo Bulma

Modern CSS framework based on Flexbox

To use things such as: https://react.semantic-ui.com/, https://react-bootstrap.github.io/, or just https://getbootstrap.com/, or https://bulma.io/ and whatever react components implementation you can find, is perfectly fine. Eventually you will have to learn to make your own components, or build abstractions on top of yet another library.

  • GitHub repo bootswatch

    Themes for Bootstrap

As a piece of concrete advise, you can use something like Bootstrap, which is already highly theme-able (almost all React component frameworks are highly theme-able, but Bootstrap can be themed with a simple link tag in your HTML), https://bootswatch.com/, so that you can have a consistent UI, while you focus on learning the ropes of React. Just becareful that some bootstrap elements might need jquery, which is why reactstrap or react-bootstrap exist.

NOTE: The number of mentions on this list indicates mentions on common posts plus user suggested alternatives. Hence, a higher number means a more popular project.
