Would be interested too! I started looking into this for my app (https://mockoon.com) but I am definitely not a MacOS user nor developer, and I just don't understand most of what is related to this ecosystem :D
There's a lot of discussion in this thread about how to "break out" of Rosetta by running a subprocess shell using the `arch` command, but I have yet to get it to work. Apparently, Actions Runner is written in .NET, which isn't yet arm64 compatible.
