Thank you very much! Pure static exporting will be ready very soon (it's a Perseus thing rather than Sycamore), it's the next thing on the agenda, and you can see the tracking issue for it here. Right now, I'm working on an integrated testing system for Perseus, and then static exporting will be worked on. If all goes to plan (which it may well not), static exporting should be live by the end of next week at the latest!
In this demo, you can click on the image to see the effects where the image is sliced0 and displayed at some interval. Further down below the demo page, you can click on Animate Paragraph to see that each letter of the paragraph is added one by one at a diminishing interval to see a typing effect1.
Other than through traditional CSS animation, that's not currently on the roadmap. If you want something a little easier to use though, Tailwind might be of interest.
