    For monitoring that is pretty much a web UI is Grafana and with it I use InfluxDB and Prometheus. While there are other software that gives you the per-configured graphs and such for your CPU temps, etc., Grafana does have templates for the specific add-on database you're using, but lots of stuff you still have to configure. Grafana is heavily a config-type monitoring software. I use it for my overall Server stats, as well as Logs for my server, and for devices like my Rasp 4's and such.
