Finally Lutris, it provide community made scripts to install games not supported for Steam. Probably your best friend if you need to install a game that is not available on Steam.
Gamemode is something to keep in mind. Feral Interactive made it so to make games run faster in Linux. However, I fully expected that any optimization that this software can do to be builtin in the Deck so it may not be very useful.
Heroic Games Launcher is a Epic Store alternative, currently The Epic Store don't run on Linux so using this software is a good choice to be able to run Epic Games.
