However, I was wondering if anyone was aware of any new rivals to this website. Also, I am wondering how a GitHub repository such at [this](https://github.com/learning-zone/website-templates) one would compare, and whether the code within a repository like this is free (in the legal way) to modify and distribute onto the web.
