https://github.com/austintgriffith/scaffold-eth is a great ethereum boilerplate project that uses yarn workspaces in a monorepo, its a pretty standard practice that I've seen in the NFT/blockchain dev space.

Most NFTs involve a generative art aspect though, and I haven't found any really great tutorials about generating art in the context of making a "10000 collectible NFT" specifically. There's a ton of good tutorials on making generative art with tools like Processing (https://processing.org/), but I have not found any Processing examples that demonstrate the attribute generation and rendering, randomization of attributes, and weighting of attributes that is common in the NFT space.
