I am a huge fan of styled-components. It does not try to do everything, but it does one thing really well, completely remove the need for CSS files. Writing React with SC was a great pleasure.
One library I’ve found to be indispensable is Tailwind CSS.
If you use something like Chakra UI you gain a lot of flexibility/customization
