I than ran the container again, with the same error. But I found a workaround where I installed a VM and generated the files there, wich I transfered to my server. There I also made the synapse-data/_data/ directory in /var/lib/docker/volumes/. Than I ran code from this site. This gave the container permissions for the files. With migrate_config mode the generating command ran finally through witout error. And for now it seems that running the container gives no obvious errors at first glance.
