Not exactly an android-only app, but Syncthing. Set and forget file sync service! I have dedicated folders in documents, music, picture folders specifically for those files i want to sync across devices and let the app handle the rest
Here's the source code https://github.com/meditohq/medito-app/tree/develop/android I'm not familiar with building.
AndrOBD - highly recommended. The only good functioning FOSS app that connects to the car's diagnostic system through an OBD2 adapter, if you want to diagnose your car for problems, sensor information etc. Also has a demo mode (if you deny adapter connection) so you can see what it sees from your car without needing anything. See project page for more info
This is where Metro comes in.
One thing to understand about Syncthing: The application itself acts like a service on desktop, not an app. To interact with it, you will need to use a browser, which isn't bad, but most rather there be some kind of app. On windows, use SyncTrayzor and there are other options on the download page of the site. SyncTrayzor handles installing everything it needs
