Download Blender and CATS Blender Plugin and in Blender go to Edit > Preferences and install it. In Blender open the CATS menu (there’s an arrow on the right side then click CATS. Press the import model button in CATS and load your model, press it again and load the hat. Also in CATS open custom mode creation. Use the combine meshes feature to add the hat. When you’re done press export model in CATS and then open it in Unity and it should work.
