Hey man I was at the same position as you a few days ago. Wanted to start some model with transfer learning but finding it hard to find pretrained weights along with the model architecture. I went the route of using the Netron application (https://github.com/lutzroeder/netron) to visualize the model I wanted to use as base. It reads model files (.TFLite, .JSON (TFJS), and I think a few others too) and shows a graph of all the layers used and all the operations along with their weights.
