Discontinued A Web Application to Visualize the Org-Roam Database (by smallstepman)

There's been an interesting discussion on the next v2 version of org-roam-server here: https://github.com/smallstepman/org-roam-server/discussions/3

  3. neuron

Future-proof note-taking and publishing based on Zettelkasten (superseded by Emanote: https://github.com/srid/emanote)

I use https://neuron.zettel.page/ for long lived things, and things I want to explore more visually. It has great emacs support, stores everything in .md, and auto generates the same site as what you can see on their website.

  4. org-basb-code

CODE methodology implementation with Emacs org-mode

NOTE: The number of mentions on this list indicates mentions on common posts plus user suggested alternatives. Hence, a higher number means a more popular project.
