For learning theory, I suggest w3schools, Tech With Tim and this skillshare course called A Beginners Guide to Python Programming by Tony Staunton (this course cost money). For practicing, you can download python crash course e-book. In addition, as problem-solving is very crucial in cs, i suggest learning cs50 Havard for theory and doing LeetCode and CodingBat exercises.
