Open-Shell. The one thing that I cannot live without, even on Windows 7 lol. It replaces the Start menu with a heavily customizable one, down to the Start button logo itself. Sure, the Windows 10 Start menu (and Windows 11 for that matter) has some pretty slick animations and isn't unusable at all, but I feel more at home (and more productive) with something like Open-Shell.
mpv - with a bit of configuration the player and the played file look great and with one single button you can install a suitable subtitle, in the age of online streaming this is all I need from a video player.
Quicklook is great! Just press space to preview images, movies etc.
Video Duplicate Finder: Before I used antitwin to search for duplicate videos but lately it did not work only in the videos for the rest of the files, yes, that's why I switch to Video Duplicate Finder which is a really powerful open source tool, to find all duplicates of videos, it really does it and is fast in its search.

Nobody suggested a clipboard manager. I use Ditto Even though you can see clipboard history now with windows, ditto is still more efficient.

NoteBook Fan Control: It can control the speed of a laptop fan, if you have one that tends to get hot just crank it to 100% and have an airport in your room, but hey, at least it won't catch fire 🤷🏻♂️, if yours is cool enough but have noisy fans, you can even shut them off completely, they will still start if it gets too hot.
simplewall - Simple tool to configure Windows Filtering Platform WFP, it blocks connections by default and asks you at the same time if you want to allow the connection, set a timer or block it. Great way to see what is really happening with your PC when you are online.
Fancontrol - Just like the name says, it is an open source program that lets you control your PC's fans, I use it to control 1 System fan, 2 PC fans and 2 GPU fans with curves.
qView - Fast, lightweight and minimal image viewer, exactly what the default windows app should have been, if I want to edit a photo I would use something else...
