If you are willing to mess around with code https://github.com/arithmetric/aws-lambda-ses-forwarder use this. It's essentially use AWS SES to process inbound email and lambda to forward email out.

If you just want a simple email forwarding, add domain in, point MX records to a server, I recommend to use hanami.run email forwarding service. They also support URL redirection(many email forwarding service only focus on email and not URL redirection)
