Sure. I'm running the most recent Neovim, which is 0.5.0. It was only recently released (FWIW, I've been running nightly builds of pre-0.5.0 Neovim for nearly a year). It has a built-in LSP client which I configure using nvim-lspconfig.
The big one for me is that Perl::LanguageServer doesn't support auto-completion.
