With at least 1 server (my experience): Basically, create a "website" and give it a domain name. I've used the Django framework using the Channels plugin, but perhaps that's too difficult for you. If you want something simpler, use the Flask framework. Either way, upload your code into a server, for which I recommend Heroku since you don't have to pay for DNS. Using that URL, you can easily connect it to either a client or another server. Ask if you want more advice.
