I use wiki.js as wiki, it can be setup to sync to/from a git repository. And on the phone you can use GitJournal to view it and make changes even when you're offline, it then syncs the changes to the git repo which then syncs them to wiki.js. Just be aware you then probably would only create markdown pages (and no html/wysiwyg pages) in wiki.js because GitJournal can only render markdown files.
