2 June 2021 - Fern.team - Wappalyzer tells me this site has been created using Webflow, which "empowers designers to build professional, custom websites in a completely visual canvas with no code". Webflow is a paid-for service, thus technically out of scope for the question, but the site animation is mainly video and gif images controlled by a scroll effect. Under the hood, the site is loading Anime.js which is open source.
