Sounds like the database has been deleted from who you were hosting your old blog with. You should reach out to them and ask them for a backup, most good hosting providers will supply you with this if you only recently left them. Your biggest problem is that you have just joined Wix, if you want to get absolutely anywhere with your future website then you need to use wordpress.org which will give you the control you need to avoid problems like this in the future with regular backups of your website either manually, through your hosting or a plugin. If your old hosting can't help you out then just move on and learn from this mistake. All the best.
