there are actually some downloaders out there that in some situations can download your desired resolution. I use this tool here and have been downloading many shows, currently have a media server that is only using around 300gb of storage all mainly 720p, so this might be a decent downloader for you. I'm not sure if it scrapes off gogo but it has many sources and they all give a short description of what the source gives.
