    Higher chances of getting a job in web/python vs. Arduino/embedded side regarding no academic background. Way more jobs for web/application related work than embedded. I'd think the easiest thing to get into is some kind of front end role at like an agency doing PSD to HTML or something with Wordpress. Not saying it's great but lower difficulty next up would be working with SPAs/full stack regarding knowing back end as well. Can look at this roadmap to see what interests you.
