Once you have done this, download the latest RSS textures (right here https://github.com/KSP-RO/RSS-Textures/releases/tag/v18.3) and pick one of the options. What you pick is dependent on your ram. If you have 16 gb or more and a powerful processor, the 16384 (16k) should be fine. If you have 8, I would suggest the 2048. If you have 16 gb but a lower end processor, I'd get the 8k or 4k textures respectively. I like 8k, it works well for my i5 6600k. Move the folder included (RSS-Textures) to the GameData folder. After that, you should be good.
