  • whistle

    a minimalistic audio player

    - Check out an old program like whistle, it hasn't been updated in years but it's in AUR, plenty of perl stuff involved, anyway here the repo for other distros just in case someone would be willing to look into it and see if it's easy to work on it: https://github.com/ap0calypse/whistle, aside from the usual song info, you'll get the equalizer in text format and even the song lyrics in one of the left pane (and I guess it wouldn't be that hard to modify it so that, instead of the lyrics, you'll get the cover image in that very pane, maybe after having converted it to plain text when you are not in a graphical environment, I don't see the point, but hey, you asked because you were bored ;-)

  • nnn

n³ The unorthodox terminal file manager

    - If you don't mind switching from cmus to moc, another idea is to use nnn https://github.com/jarun/nnn Why? Simply because there are a couple of plugins (mocplay and moclyrics), so basically nnn would provide access to your beloved cover images, and once you select them, they'll get added to your playlist in moc.

  • WorkOS

The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.

  • ncmpcpp-ueberzug

Discontinued An ncmpcpp wrapper that enables cover art via ueberzug.

    ncmpcpp-ueberzug works for me.
