Take a look at Simple Login https://github.com/simple-login/app

  • Disposable Mailbox

    I use https://github.com/synox/disposable-mailbox

  • WorkOS

The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.

  • emailPoubelle.php

Discontinued Générer des emails jetables - Postfix / PHP

Check out https://github.com/kepon85/emailPoubelle.php Works pretty well...

  • docker-mailserver

Production-ready fullstack but simple mail server (SMTP, IMAP, LDAP, Antispam, Antivirus, etc.) running inside a container.

If you have a domain and a server you can map DNS to, you can set up a solid email server with this: https://github.com/docker-mailserver/docker-mailserver I have one running in a k3s cluster and it works great, takes about a GB of ram to run. Its your own email server so its as disposable as you want it to be.

  • MailCare

Discontinued [MIRRORING REPOSITORY] See https://gitlab.com/mailcare/mailcare. MailCare is an open source disposable email address services. Accessible via web browser or API to protect your privacy right now.

  • maildrop

    I use maildrop for thishttps://gitlab.com/markbeeson/maildrop.

  • mailway

Mailway installer, host your own Mailway instance

I use similar a setup but with selfhosted variant of https://mailway.app/. (they also provide a free service) It also allows me to block certain addresses/other stuff. I just forward them to my private gmail, and use Google's SMTP server to send outbound mail from my own address. This way i can continue to use my domain's email. From the comfort of gmail, or free. If gmail ever boots me off, I just have to forward my mail to a new address, and I won't lose my public email address.

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.

  • Mail-in-a-Box

Mail-in-a-Box helps individuals take back control of their email by defining a one-click, easy-to-deploy SMTP+everything else server: a mail server in a box.

But your question was about selfhosted solutions, right? Then I would use a selfhosted mailinabox setup (https://mailinabox.email/), with the above "+" method (supposed by mailinabox).
