Read the following issue discussion carefully: https://github.com/OfficeDev/office-ui-fabric-core/issues/1008 Formally, Microsoft's license does not cover individual SVG or PNG files for these icons, although you are free to use them in applications. The discussion mentions a way of getting individual SVG files, but it's somewhat tedious and complicated (mostly because you're not *supposed* to use individual files as other mechanisms exist). There is another option where you can create a WOFF and CSS to use the icons as a font at https://uifabricicons.azurewebsites.net/ but I'm not sure if that serves your purpose.
