Yes the basic elements of the MCDU work in the A320 but I would highly recommend downloading the the FlyByWire A32NX addon. They have made enormous improvements to the stock A320 including in respect of the MCDU. As with the A320, the basic elements of the 747 FMS work but there is also a similar third party mod here with improves and expands the stock aircraft: https://github.com/saltysimulations/salty-747
