That still seems high. I run my server from a Docker container on my Unraid server with i3-8100 and usage when no one is online stays under 8%. I've used this repo https://hub.docker.com/r/lloesche/valheim-server/
AWS. EC2 (i used t2.med), security group allowing you to ssh to it and valheim ports, then follow this guide: https://github.com/Nimdy/Dedicated_Valheim_Server_Script
Looking I don't see anything. However, you could hack it together. It looks like they use gamedig to check the status - which does return an array of players. See: https://github.com/gamedig/node-gamedig/blob/master/README.md
