  Personally I recommend PDS. It's all opensource, 100% java, the author is a redditor, though it has been inactive for 2 years. Simple to use, just scroll down to the end of the readme, click the button, drag the jsfiddle to your bookmarks bar and then run it. Choose your options and let it do it's think. I just edited like 10k comments last night while I slept. XD
