You could check out Chocolatey. I have never used it extensively, more just testing, but from what I have heard it is pretty solid

Here I was excited to recommend Rectangle only to see it was the capital W windows you were talking about. I'm in a similar situation and I just do it manually. Am I reading the inTune pricing correctly... $30 for device lifetime or $8.xx/user/year?
