I ripped the video and backtrack for Rap God using YT-DLP which is a bit tougher to use since it's all just command line prompts but it's the best tool I've found to rip audio/video from online sources.
Lastly I used ffmpeg to quickly change the codecs to play nicely in Blender, command line prompts only for this one too but it's a very nice tool.
