In addition to the DoomRPG's there is a Nethack/Rogue-like one: Doom, the Roguelike. It's pretty good if you're into Rogue-likes.
It's all on their GitHub
RBDoom3bfg, same thing, but for the BFG edition.
ET Legacy Wolfenstein Enemy Territory, FOSS client. Maybe moot since an official client re-released on Steam recently.
There is a decomp of Breath of the Wild but the dev says is not for playing is just to understanding the game code and how it was made https://botw.link/
Please include ReDriver2! A recompilation of PS1's Driver 2. I finished it a few days ago and has a good set of advantages over emulating. There's a mini guide in an old post in this sub but I wanted to make a more datailed guide
As a side note, Openra is an open source implementation of the original C&C Red alert / tiberium / dune games. With a native linux version. However I I haven't had time to try it on deck, and haven't found any videos online confirming that it works, but it very well should, if anyone would like to try it and report back.
