barrier is probably want you want.
Barrier doesn't work with Wayland, but as long as you don't mind your Linux system being the client (your Windows machine being the server), you can use waynergy in Wayland with Windows running whatever (Waynergy is compatible with Barrier and I think Barrier should be compatible with Synergy 1.x).
Bear in mind it's not quite as user friendly as Barrier/Synergy so it actually took me a couple months of off and on fiddling to get it working somewhat properly. There are also limitations based on what wayland compositor you are using. And actually, there aren't any publicly searchable repos that appear to have waynergy either, but if you are feeling adventurous, you can add my repo as an overlay. I'm not presently using waynergy but I used the 9999 package for quite a while with some success. Specifically with a Windows host (using Barrier) and waynergy on my linux desktop as a client.
Could also be worth mentioning that Barrier is basically unmaintained at this point so you'll probably never get Wayland support there. The maintainers (apparently the owner of the debauchee/barrier dropped off the face of the earth) of Barrier forked it and migrated to input-leap (issue with details if interested) which is where all development is presently, although they haven't made a release yet.
