discord-screenaudio enables audio sharing on Linux by wrapping the web version of Discord into an Electron app and doing some magic with the media streams. You can install it by searching in the Discover Store or with flatpak install de.shorsh.discord-screenaudio. This is the solution I'd recommend, it works really well.
Webcord also has this exact same feature I think, but it may be hidden under some command line flags, at least it was when I last tried it (and failed).
