  1. shardingsphere

Empowering Data Intelligence with Distributed SQL for Sharding, Scalability, and Security Across All Databases.

Opposite to what the documentation tells, the full prefix is jdbc:shardingsphere:absolutepath. I've opened a PR to fix the documentation.

  2. InfluxDB

InfluxDB – Built for High-Performance Time Series Workloads. InfluxDB 3 OSS is now GA. Transform, enrich, and act on time series data directly in the database. Automate critical tasks and eliminate the need to move data externally. Download now.

  3. shardingsphere-elasticjob-ui

    Administrator console of ElasticJob

The application uses Apache Shardingsphre to route again depending on the data. If the value computed by the API Gateway is correct, the flow stays "in its lane"; if not, it's routed to the correct database, but with a performance penalty as it's outside its lane.

  4. opentelemetry-tracing

Demo for end-to-end tracing via OpenTelemetry

It's always a good idea to check that the design behaves as expected. We can use OpenTelemetry for this. For more information on how to set up OpenTelemetry in such an architecture, please refer to End-to-end tracing with OpenTelemetry.

NOTE: The number of mentions on this list indicates mentions on common posts plus user suggested alternatives. Hence, a higher number means a more popular project.
