An open source multi-tool for exploring and publishing data

To supplement an academic publication I'm hoping to provide a large amount of genomic data in the form of a database, which I'd like to be able to host online with some sort of accessible GUI front-end interface. Currently, I've been working with Datasette to compile things into an sqlite DB, but the DB size is ~80 GB at the moment (hundreds of millions of rows across multiple tables) and I'm not sure how viable that is overall.

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
