I would suggest kickstart.nvim as it is fairly small and not that opinionated. This will make it easy to adopt it to your likings and learn about configuration. I prefer it over stuff like LazyVim, AstroVim, ... because I feel like they're more of a black box. (I do respect how much effort and polish they have though).

Plus, you can take a look at awesome-neovim or neovimcraft for plugins that you may want to use. Lastly, you can also look at my config for some reference/guide. Hope it helps.

AstroNvim
AstroNvim is an aesthetic and feature-rich neovim config that is extensible and easy to use with a great set of plugins
I would recommend Astrovim https://github.com/AstroNvim/AstroNvim

They also have https://github.com/AstroNvim/astrocommunity which is a bunch of preconfigured stuff for language packs, themes, extra util etc.
