A very bad translator for creating funny texts based on LibreTranslate. Translates a text x times into a random language.
But it looks like LibreTranslate might be the way forward. It has a web API, or it can be self-hosted so you don't need to worry about API limit (although apparently it can be hard to set up on Windows).
