At the time we were listing projects like Hyper and Micro alongside our other better known ones. As those projects became less of a focus, I believe someone with good intentions in the team wanted to prioritize the ones we contribute to instead that are relevant to our frontend focus, and not confuse our audience.
For context, Vercel is the #17th largest contributor to open source in the world ranked by GitHub stars (https://gitstar-ranking.com/organizations). We truly, deeply care about open source. I've personally written projects like socket.io and mongoose from scratch, and have been involved in OSS my entire life (in communities like Symfony, WordPress, MooTools, Node.js, and others).
