Classic-Start
Renamed to NeoClassic-UI then renamed to Open-Shell - https://github.com/Open-Shell/Open-Shell-Menu
Finally, to get a decent start menu and context menu back Explorer patcher and Shell work wonders. There is also Open shell if you want that classic Windows 7-10 look, but personally I think it looks dated in comparison. The Win11 start menu looks fine, it's just missing core functionality.

I think you mean the new Windows Terminal, which is available for win10 here: https://github.com/Microsoft/Terminal
Let me tell you a secret. There's something called Classic Shell, and you can reskin your GUI of your task bar and start menu to fit your preference. It keeps me sane.
I installed W11 last week and used this to debloat it, would recommend https://github.com/builtbybel/ThisIsWin11
I'm currently using Portmaster by Safing. It's pretty invasive, as it directly works at kernel level, and you also need to make some adjustments first, but it works really well.
If you are already on 11 and are frustrated with how it works, Bloatbox, Win Utility and Shutup10++will get rid of most bloatware, make essential tweaks to make it usable for productivity and turn off Microsoft's overeach. Just make sure to watch a few tutorials first as you can quite easily fuck up your install if you don't know what you are doing.
